CAUSE- moods, change in weight, appetitie, sleeping patters, speaking, sex drive decrease, loss of energy, feelings worthlessness.

How to prevent- MSG- kills brain cells at a very minor rate
Chemical Fruit - may contain extra fats that are not natural grown fruit

Result- Although healthier have become more expensive due to their value in having a better life style, purchasing food items from a local grocery store.-CHEMICALS

Sportsmanship, trust and physical, affect in a positive ways.  Communication with others later on in life, too. People who stay fit are more likely to have a healthier life in front of them.
Exercising at least one hour a day will be considered active and you will be healthier.
